Transaction CoordinatorAs a TC: I am responsible for the team's administrative duties surrounding real estate sales and purchases. This includes organizing, reviewing, and uploading documents to ensure they comply with the legal and financial requirements of Compass' audit team.
As part of "Arlene Lu and Associates": I provide support to the team, which frees up their time so they can provide full attention to their client's needs. As full-time realtors, our team member's time, commitment, and flexibility are crucial in meeting their clients' demands and needs. My job is to help coordinate all of the parties associated with their pending real estate transaction by eliminating time-consuming, detail-specific, and deadline-oriented tasks related to contracts off of my team associates' plates.
As a former real estate agent: I understand the process and needs of our clients. This helps ensure the clients of "Arlene Lu and Associates" are getting the best support.
As a mom: I have taken a backseat in being a real estate agent because I have chosen to home-school my daughter. I am devoted to bridging the education gap for her. I wish to create a culturally enriched home environment to ensure my daughter's education honors her background, individuality, and sense of self-worth.
